One evening during the spring of 1984 in St. Paul Minnesota, I was praying. The spirit of
God opened to me; there was a field filled with many church buildings from block and
block. There was a sign posted in the front of each block and it stand for the name of its
denomination. All those Churches and signs are written for; Catholic, Baptist, Lutheran,
Christian Missionary Alliance, Assembly of God and so forth. All the signs stood facing the
street so that any person that passes by will see and read them. Next to the sidewalk
along the curbs there were thousand and thousands of footprints. All these footprints
came along below all the signs. They came here to read the signs of churches and there I
saw all of these foot prints on the ground, then I started to say a questioned, “whose
footprints are these?” A voice of the one who has been guiding me said “All these are the
Hmong footprints.” Then I questioned him “ Why are there so many that has come here?”
He replied to me and said “At first they thought they will come to joined the churches but
they will not stay permanent in the church that they joined because they did not get
anything (the truth) from it and they talk to each other that the God of the churches are
not Hmongs’.”

After I saw this vision I thought back to 1979 to 1982 when I was working with a
missionary that has come to Laos for twenty-five years. We went out from church to
church to present the program that show our Christians life in Laos and also present the
hardship of our life as refugees to all the Churches that we went to. Many of the churches
seen and understood our way of life. Many Churches has donated many things such as
furniture, clothing, utensils, foods and so forth. After receiving these, we would distribute
them amongst our people because we were still foreigners to this land and still needed
help. So I thought that Hmong would not stay permanent in church because they were
getting help physically instead of spiritually. That’s why the Lord has shown me that
Hmong will not stay permanent in those Churches. At first, I thought that this thinking
could be right, but later on I found out that the vision was not how I thought it was. One
day while I was praying with tongue and the Holy Spirit spoke in my heart saying “ They
do not stay there permanent because they did not receive the right message that will able
to change their heart and mind” This word meant that they waste their time by going to
church and then tire of it. That’s why someday they will disappear from the Churches one
after another. The right message does not mean that the Churches did not have God’s
true messages but those messages are not the kind of messages that they will
consideration to help their heart and mind. In order to receive the Holy Ghost and be born
again as a newness person for God they have to have a special messages that can deal
directly to what they have hung on around according to their ancestral worship from the
beginning. After I receive these words I was depressed and thought to myself that the
Hmong people will be lost forever. From there I start to pray and pray for a number of
years. One day the Holy Ghost spoke to me while I was praying to God in tongue and said
“Do not worrisome about the Hmong souls will be lost forever but I had been in the midst
of them from the beginning. Although they do not recognize me as their Lord and Savior
because they see me as a Hmong to them instead of powerful in physically image and
powerful in acts. I asked the Lord, what should be done in order for them to know you as
their God? The Lord replied: “You may recognizes that I had showed you all the signs and
church denominations with the Hmong footprint.” The same way as that, you shall set me
up in the midst of the Hmong people and one day they will no longer said " the god of the
Churches are not their's". You'll set me all around their lives such as: in their houses, in
their bedrooms, in their work places, in their resting places, at the street intersections, at
the high places and so forth. If you do so, when they turn to the right, to the left, when
they rest, when they work, when they stand up, or lay down they will see me all over.
From there they will recognize me that I am their God.

All these and other stories have happening to me from 1982 to 1990. Early after I have
been born again in Christ I didn't even know that some day I will establish this Church. So,
let me say this, here is how the humans lives roll on and on. When people hear and learn
more and more about the truth, they will start to believing in that truth. When there are
many believers in the same area they will start to organize and unite themselves as a
group. When a group is growing within an area, there has to be a constitution to govern
them. That constitution is a law and when that law is set up because it was based upon a
principle then that law is an living law. The life that is living accordingly to the principle is a
life that which is living on a unbreakable foundation. The law also serves as a platform for
people to live together in peace and harmony to one another. The life that live up on an
unbreakable  foundation will lead to the utopia on earth. In order for a person to be able
to live and walk on this common principle to the utopia on earth it depend on the ability
and capacity of the person or human mind. The one who does not understand the law will
have to take certain amount of time exerted into learning the laws before taking the trip
to the utopia.

(Remember the Church name or  denomination that I am talking now, is not the main thing,
but true faith in God and having a personal fellowship with HIM is the most important point).
